Blue Bojangles Bracelet

Waterproof and solid paper beads with Pewter make up this beautiful Caribbean Blue inspired bracelet.  The beads are made in the Philippines by women.  They are a fair trade product.  The bracelet is on elastic so it can stretch and it has one bead that hangs down.  So pretty and matching earrings are sold separately.
