Chakras, what are they? There are seven main chakras situated along the spine, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. These chakras need to be aligned otherwise they affect bundles of nerves, major organs and areas of our body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. This bracelet is made up of Red Jasper, Yellow Jade, Tiger’s eye, Aventurine, Sodalite, Lapis and Amethyst. All gorgeous colors and stones.
